There has been a lot on the go recently!
We have an almost one year old!
I have gone back to work full time…
And our girl has started full time daycare!
It’s an exciting time in our home to say the least. But I have been making time for other things I enjoy – especially a little sewing. Recently I have worked on the following projects.
I’ve really enjoyed making all kinds of clothing for our girl.
For the past few months, I’ve been working on a fun jean quilt. This project has been on the to-do list for a long time and so I was so excited to move forward on it! I’ve shared a lot of the process over on the Janome Life blog.
I just love the monochromatic look of this quilt. It’s going to be a perfect car quilt and amazing and fun for picnics.
And finally, I got to make Elliana this adorable trick-or-treat bag for her first Halloween. I feel like the luckiest person in the world!
What sewing projects have been on your plate lately? Did you sew anything for Halloween? Do you have Christmas projects on the go already?
